We are proudly the first to pioneer the idea of a “One-Stop-Shop” for mental and physical wellness which, Owner and Head Clinician Rebecca E Tenzer, truly believes is the recipe for success when it comes to overall wellness.
Our expansion into a full wellness center now includes services as massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping, sound, immersion therapy, vibrational sound therapy, yoga, meditation, mindfulness classes, workshops and reiki, all performed by professions with a background in behavioral health. Whether you’re looking to focus on treating a mental health concern, primarily looking to unwind and distress or if you’re interested in just becoming your best self possible, Astute Counseling and Wellness Services is your “One-Stop-Shop” for all things mental health and wellness.

About Chicago
